Install via sideloading
If you can't access Google Play — for example, on devices sold in mainland China — you can install the app directly from an APK file.
Sideloading bypasses Play Protect. Only install this APK if directed to by Lüp event staff. Your device will warn you about installing apps from unknown sources — this is normal and expected.
Tap the “Download APK” button below to download the file.
Open the downloaded .apk file from your notification bar or Downloads folder.
If prompted, tap “Settings” and enable “Allow from this source”.
Return to the installer and tap “Install”.
Once installed, open Leadscanner and sign in with your event credentials.
You can revoke the install permission afterwards in Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps.
